These photos are from a reception/tea area we worked on for a company based in Picadilly, London a while ago.

WORK IN PROGRESS: the Margrasil team working to ensure everything is up to scratch

We created this using Amazonite Cristallo quartzite from The Marble and Granite Centre.

The client was visiting The Marble and Granite Centre to select another stone, but they saw this one and fell in love – they changed their colour scheme to suit!

This image shows how we planned the job – the work was completed from four bookmatched slabs. The client provided these images of how they would like it cut, and we achieved this as best we could.

Here you can see the finished job and how we fitted those slabs together to create a seamless design.

The edge design is built up to 60mm thick, consisting of a half round profile, meeting a full bullnose in the middle and back to half round beneath.

We’re particularly proud of the sink, which is an 1810 Axis sink and allowed for the stone to be cladded to the sides leaving an almost seamless finish.

These photos are from a job we worked on in Horsham just before Christmas.

These worktops and wall cladding were created using ISTONE Calacatta Storm Quartz.

Calacatta quartz is man-made quartz that is designed to look like Calacatta marble – but it is harder and more durable than marble, so perfect for this setting.

Our customer visited us a few times to decide on the particular material and colour she wanted to use for her kitchen. She eventually went for this one, after seeing a full slab we had in stock for another customer.

We finished this job a few days before Christmas – so there was still time for the plumbing, electrics and decorating to be done before Christmas Day!

The bar and upstands are made from 30mm dark marron marble

We used Nero absolute black granite for the work surfaces either side of the barbecue.

These photos are from a kitchen we recently worked on in Hassocks, Sussex for Taylor Wimpey.

We used 30mm lagoon Silestone to create worktops, upstands and a window sill in a showhome for Taylor Wimpey.

Silestone uses HybriQ+ technology to ensure their quartz is now more sustainable. It is made with 100% renewable electric energy, 99% reused water and a minimum 20% recycled materials.
